We wanted to drop a quick note to say “thank you” for such an exceptional level of service and customer support that you have provided to us during our work with Chevalier Drilling. We have worked with most of the family I believe, Mark, Eli, Claude, Denis, Dave, etc. – with help of installing storage tanks the week before Christmas when we were going to be hosting 14 people for 5 days and were desperate to have water and up until today when Mark just wrapped up his one man show of fracing our well with 12 zones in two days – all the while parking his truck on a hill propped up on wooden blocks – with a smile on his face and explaining the process to our 5 year old. Really the level of honesty, professionalism and integrity is so hard to experience nowadays but all of you really did an amazing job for servicing us as clients. Now mind you I’m even writing this BEFORE we find out if the fracing was a success😉 Fingers crossed and “Well wishes”. Thank you so much – keep up the great service.

Hello Chevalier Team!

Just wanted to send a quick note thanking you for your exceptional service on Thursday.

Wed. evening our water suddenly stopped working. We had someone working on replacing a part all day Thursday..it wasn’t until at least 4 p.m. when they realized the entire well pump needed to be replaced. 

Eli was here within an hour and we had water back by about 6.

As the sole female in a house of boys I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you returning my water so promptly!

We live on Richford Rd. in Berkshire now but I used to be an Executive Assistant for Andrea Champagne. Back then I used to speak to Louise often to schedule water tests prior to closings. When we moved my sister took over that position & I have already told her how you guys saved my sanity Thursday!
